Ebbett Toyota / Lexus relocated from Hamilton Central city to their new purpose built premises in Te Rapa, Hamilton.

The high quality finishes and detailing of the new 2,823m3 building could have had its challenges, however the excellent quality of documentation allowed the project to run on programme throughout the 39 week build duration and ensured the handover with Council sign off meet all parties’ expectations.
